Quantification of Bax/Bak-Dependent Morphological Changes by Textural Analysis of Optical Scatter Images

Abstract

We investigate the role of Bax/Bak in altering the morphology of iBMK cells under baseline and apoptosis conditions. Bax/Bak-null cells have more predictable structural phenotypes measured with entropy textural features of time-lapse optical scatter images.
