Near-Infrared Fluorescence Imaging for In Vivo Assessment of HER2 Receptor Density in HER2-positive Tumors

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Pharmacokinetic analysis of images, obtained after injection of Her2-specific fluorescent probes, relates the probe accumulation rate in tumors to Her2 overexpression. Correlation between fluorescence lifetime and probe binding to Her2 is discussed.
