Study of 3D Structural Differences between CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes

Abstract

We acquired confocal image stacks from human CD4+ and CD8+ T lymphocytes extracted from spleen tissues to reconstruct and quantify their 3D morphology. Statistically significant differences in nuclear volume were found between the two subtypes.
