Fluorescence Decay Measurements in Tissue-like Scattering Medium

Abstract

A novel method based on the concept of fluorescence-assisted diffuse optical tomography is proposed for determining fluorescence decay function of tissue-like scattering system. This method does not require the explicit mathematical modeling of system.
