Wide Field Imaging of Ultrastructures Using High Spatial Frequency Structured Light

Not Accessible

Abstract

The contrast in wide field imaging is dominated by molecular absorbers. By illuminating with high spatial frequency structured light and imaging its perturbation, we demonstrate insensitivity to absorbance and enhance ultrastructure sensitivity.
