Tomographic Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging

Abstract

We present theory and methods for in vivo diffuse time domain fluorescence lifetime tomography. As examples, we will discuss in vivo lifetime imaging of both targeted and activatable probes in mouse models of cardiac disease and cancer.
