Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Monitoring using Dynamic Breast Compression Imaging

Abstract

We use diffuse optical breast tomography during fractional mammographic compression to monitor neoadjuvant chemotherapy response. Preliminary results show static and dynamic measurements are sensitive to therapy induced changes in breast cancer.
