Pump-probe optical coherence tomography imaging of Zenopus tadpole vasculature ex vivo

Abstract

We present a novel Pump-Probe Optical Coherence Tomography (PPOCT) system, capable of imaging both methylene blue and hemoglobin. Ex vivo images of Zenopus tadpole vasculature were obtained using hemoglobin as the contrast agent.
