Hemodynamic monitoring of repeated cerebral ischemia in mice using diffuse optical spectroscopies

Abstract

Cerebral hemodynamics were monitored using diffuse optical spectroscopies in mice undergoing 5-day repeated transient forebrain ischemia. The results indicate that mouse adaptation to cerebral ischemia could be influenced by repeated preconditioning.
