Numerical nonlinear microscopy of collagen fibres

Abstract

Numerical results of a new method of collagen fibril nonlinear microscopy are presented. Focalspot shaping and polarization control of the excitation beam is used, which generates unique collagen fibril signatures in the far field pattern.
