Characterization of post-Occlusion Oxygen Tension in Cortical Arterioles in vivo

Abstract

Depth-resolved pO2 and blood flow in descending arterioles after occlusion is characterized with two-photon lifetime imaging in the mouse brain. Oxygen tension decreases rapidly in depth with branches supplementing pO2 levels after occlusion.
