Abstract

A frequency-encoded frequency domain near-infrared spectroscopy (FD-NIRS) oximeter with two wavelengths has been constructed. The system digitizes the 67.5MHz and 75MHz waveforms using a high speed (180MSPS) 16-bit analog to digital converter.
