Parametric level-set method for diffuse optical tomography with a hard 1 norm sparsity constraint

Abstract

We implement a parametric level-set (PaLS) method to reconstruct images for diffuse optical tomography (DOT). The method uses a large dictionary matrix with a hard 1 norm constraint allowing for accurate recovery of a wide array of shapes.
