Spectrally Encoded Photoacoustic Microscopy Using a Digital Mirror Device

Abstract

We developed a spectrally encoded photoacoustic microscope system using a digital mirror device. Using spectrally encoded PA measurement, the imaging system can recover chromophore absorption spectra at a low laser pulse energy.
