Computation of baseline flow across the mouse cortex using two-photon microscopy and vascular anatomical network modeling

Abstract

We demonstrate the feasibility of computing baseline flow in the mouse cortex using vascular anatomical network constructed from two-photon microscopy measurements. The values obtained are in good agreement with values reported in the literature.
