Phase contrast spectroscopy using spatial light modulator

Abstract

We developed a phase contrast spectroscopy (PCS) using spatial light modulator (SLM) capable of measuring at multiple wavelengths. We demonstrate the capability of the setup by dispersion measurements of microsphere beads and red blood cells.
