Dynamic Fluorescence Imaging For The Detection of Vascular Changes in Anti-Angiogenic Drug Therapy

Abstract

We show that dynamic fluorescence imaging with indocyanine green can be used to detect changes in the vasculature of a small animal Ewing sarcoma model in response to anti-angiogenic drug treatments.
