Selective Excitation Light Fluorescence (SELF) Imaging

Abstract

A system for SELF imaging is demonstrated. By using a multitude of illumination wavelengths or a weighted sum of illumination wavelengths, SELF imaging can highlight differences in the excitation spectra of fluorophores in the sample.
