Quantitative cerebral blood flow measurement of ischemic stroke in mice with Multi Exposure Speckle Imaging

Abstract

We show that changes in cerebral blood flow can be accurately estimated using the new Multi Exposure Speckle Imaging instrument. We also show that these estimates are unaffected by the presence of thin skull.
