Cerenkov Luminescence Tomography for Small Animal Imaging

Abstract

We have observed Cerenkov light emitted from beta-emitting radiotracers. Phantom and in vivo mouse imaging experiments demonstrate that sufficient Cerenkov photons are produced to allow reconstruction of radiotracer activity inside an object from surface measurements.
