A time-domain non-contact fluorescence diffuse optical tomography scanner for small animal imaging

Abstract

We introduce a novel time-domain multi-view (over 360°) non-contact fluorescence diffuse optical tomography scanner for localizing fluorescent dyes in scattering media, eventually in small animals. Localization results of fluorescent inclusions in 3D are presented.
