Abstract

We imaged NADH fluorescence lifetime in HeLa cells treated with a PARP-1 activating agent, N-methyl-N′-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine, and then pytuvate to prevent cell death. NADH fluorescence lifetime may be a potential diagnostic/therapeutic biomarker in PARP-1 induced cell death.
