Reconstruction of Raman Spectra Using Diffusive Light Propagation in 3D

Abstract

Simulations were completed in order to determine the effect of the propagation of Raman signal through a rat tibia. Reconstructed data show a shift in the Raman Spectra of less than 1 nm as compared to original signal.
