Abstract

In this work, frequency-domain flow cytometry waveforms are simulated and processed to demonstrate a new method of capturing multiple fluorescence decay on an event-by-event basis. The model proves that square wave modulation can provide for the resolution of multiple fluorescence lifetimes.
