Correlation Analysis during Resting State of the Whole Head with Near-Infrared Spectroscopy

Abstract

Functional correlation analysis was performed on near-infrared data of the whole head during baseline. We generated correlation images that reflect coherent fluctuations across the brain, mainly in the contralateral side of the seed arbitrarily defined.
