Abstract

We developed a co-registered optical coherence tomography (OCT) and fluorescence molecular imaging (FMI) system for simultaneous morphological and molecular imaging. Imaging of intestinal polyps of APCmin mouse model is presented with scattering and fluorescence parameters.
