Exploiting the Potential of Hybrid FMT/XCT Imaging by Means of Segmentation

Abstract

Hybrid FMT/XCT systems enable us to improve optical tomography image quality by using image priors in the reconstruction algorithm. We propose segmentation techniques to extract those priors and demonstrate their utilization in FMT image reconstruction.
