3D noncontact time-resolved Fluorescent Diffuse Optical Tomography data processing for improving image’s quality

Abstract

A method improving the quality of 3D images acquired with a noncontact time-resolved Fluorescent Diffuse Optical Tomography preclinical setup is presented. Special attention concerned the optimization step using simulated data convoluted with the impulse response function of the scanner.
