Real-time Resampling in FD-OCT using a Graphics Processing Unit

Abstract

We demonstrated the implementation of the wavelength to wavenumber resampling process, required in FD-OCT, on a GPU and achieved a speed-up of more than 4X over the CPU in the calibration of high resolution OCT images.
