Abstract

Polarization sensitive spectral domain optical coherence tomography is introduced, capable to retrieve with a single camera retardation and axis orientation at 100.000 A-scans/second. Orthogonal polarization channels are distinguished through spatial modulation by an electro-optic modulator.
