Abstract

We present in vivo human fundus imaging using interferometric spectrally encoded confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscopy (iSECSLO). iSECSLO allows for video-rate fully confocal imaging with the interferometric advantage of optical coherence tomography though single-mode optical fiber.
