Diffuse Optical Spectroscopic Imaging Applications in Human Muscle

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Diffuse optical spectroscopic imaging measures absolute concentrations of DeoHb and HbO2, water, bulk lipid. Broadband spectra allows deep tissue temperature measurement, and sensitivity to myoglobin. Clinically translatable tests demonstrate applications to human muscle. Article not available.
