Multi-spectral imaging of tissue-specific fluorescence tomography data

Abstract

We present a study that combines multi-spectral approaches with the fluorescence molecular tomography for imaging fluorophores with overlapping signatures and for removing autofluorescence signals, for improved contrast, detection limits and quantification accuracy.
