3-D Image-guided Raman Characterization in a Phantom Study

Abstract

We demonstrate model-based image reconstruction of Raman measurements obtained experimentally. Results show that Raman characterization with accurate localization is possible with anatomical priors. This method has been extended to Raman imaging of dog tibia in-vivo[1].
