Simulations of Light Scattering from B-cells with Inhomogeneous Nuclei Using a Improved FDTD Program

Abstract

We have significantly improved the accuracy and efficiency of a previously developed parallel FDTD program by including correction for numerical dispersion. The updated program is used to investigate the effect of inhomogeneous nuclei in B-cells.
