Diffuse Light Quantification of Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD)

Abstract

A diffuse optical instrument has been developed for quantification of skeletal muscle blood flow and oxygenation in patients with peripheral artery disease (PAD). The hemodynamic information can be used to differentiate the normal and disease.
