Characterizations of Pulsed Laser Delivery with Fibers in Multiphoton Microscopy

Abstract

We investigate optical fibers which can be used for pulsed laser delivery. Fibers are compared in terms of spectral distortion and pulse broadening. Multiphoton efficiency and point spread function are also measured.
