Abstract

A two-step reconstruction method is adapted to improve the quantitative accuracy of refractive index reconstruction in phase contrast diffuse optical tomography (PCDOT). The possibility of PCDOT for recovering glucose concentration is also demonstrated through phantom experiments. ©2006 Optical Society of America
