Doppler-Optical Coherence Tomography (D-OCT) Velocimetry of Blood Flow in Murine Tumor Microvasculature

Abstract

D-OCT can potentially be a useful tool for bench-top research of tumor microvasculature and anti-angiogenic cancer therapies. We demonstrate D-OCT’s capabilities by presenting velocimetric functional images of tumor microvasculature in a subcutaneously injected tumor model
