Incorporation of MR Structural Information in Diffuse Optical Tomography using Helmholtz Type Regularization

Abstract

A framework to incorporate analytical forms of structural MRI information is presented. This type of information gives superior quantitative results compared to standard NIR tomography and the covariance forms preserve the structural shape function expected.
