Depth-dependent correlation of Optical Coherence Tomography signal with blood glucose concentration

Abstract

Depth-dependent oscillation of correlation coefficient of OCT signal slope with blood glucose concentration was studied. Possible mechanisms of glucose-induced changes in OCT signal slope were discussed.
