Abstract

Dynamics of fluorescence/diffuse reflectance characteristics and temperature of liver and kidney tissue undergoing radio-frequency ablation were studied in vivo. The results demonstrate the sensitivity and effectiveness of the optical-based method for tissue thermal damage assessment.
