Abstract

The pharmacokinetics model is developed to describe the delivery of ICG injected intravenously into the human subject. The proposed model can differentiate between normal tissue and tumor with large leakiness of vasculature, and has great potential for assisting in clinical diagnosis of early breast cancer.
