Fluorescence-enhanced optical tomography on large phantoms using dual point illumination geometry

Abstract

Three-dimensional fluorescence-enhanced optical tomography is demonstrated for the first time on large phantom volumes using simultaneous dual in-phase point illuminating sources. A rapid data acquiring gain-modulated intensified CCD imaging system was employed for these studies.
