Enzyme activity imaging with confocal fluorescence polarization microscopy

Abstract

We have developed a technique for imaging enzyme activity based on confocal fluorescence polarization microscopy. Efficacy of the technique is demonstrated in model systems and experiments are performed to test its limits in scattering systems.
