Functional optical coherence tomography of neurophysiology

Abstract

Functional optical coherence tomography (fOCT) is used to record optical changes that correspond to spontaneous and stimulated electrical activity in neural tissue. FOCT provides a high-resolution, real-time, non-invasive method for investigating neurophysiology.
