Advances in wavelength-shifted Raman spectroscopy

Abstract

In biomedical Raman spectroscopy, strong autofluorescence from the sample usually confounds the detection of weak Raman bands. We have been investigating a computer-conrolled wavelength-shifting scheme to reduce the contribution of autofluorescence in a convenient manner.
