Abstract

We report the first demonstration of on-chip tunable narrowband microwave photonic filter with shape reconfiguration. Stimulated Brillouin scattering is exploited in a chalcogenide chip to demonstrate a microwave filter with 3dB bandwidth ~23MHz over 2-12GHz.
