Periodic internal fiber electrode fabricated by laser ablation

Abstract

Continuous silver films were chemically deposited by flowing a Ag-solution in the holes of twin-hole fibers. Subsequently, periodic internal electrodes were fabricated by point-by-point side exposure of 0.53 µm radiation, causing laser ablation.
