Abstract

We demonstrate the generation of pulses containing more than 30 µJ of energy with a pulse length of 1040 fs directly out of a thin-disk laser in ambient atmosphere. The laser oscillator was operated at 3.5 MHz repetition rate and 108 W of average output power.
